Dick Thompson ( Corvette Stingray), Augie Pabst (Scarab), and Walt Hansgen (Birdcage Maserati) roll out for an early practice session for the 1960 Watkins Glen Sports Car Grand Prix. Pabst later won the 44-lap race.

Thompson and Bill Mitchell’s original Stingray went on to win the SCCA class C-Modified championship that year.
